Job Description

Human Resources Manager Needed in the Greater Atlanta Area

Were partnering with a leading automotive parts manufacturing company thats looking to bring on an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead site-level HR operations and serve as a strategic partner to plant leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on while also influencing big-picture people strategiessomeone who can balance the daily rhythm of plant operations with long-term workforce planning culture development and employee engagement.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the key HR advisor to local plant leadership

  • Oversee all core HR functions including talent management employee relations compliance performance management and workforce development

  • Drive employee engagement and help build a positive high-performing culture

  • Partner with corporate HR on broader organizational initiatives

  • Support training coaching and leadership development at the site level

  • Use data and HR analytics to inform decisions and track impact

  • Lead and mentor a local HR team - you must be on the floor!

What Were Looking For

  • 57 years of progressive HR experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing operation ideally automotive part manufacturing.

  • Strategic Mindset with a Tactical Approach

  • Experience developing and managing a departmental budget

  • Must be data driven

  • Strong knowledge of labor law compliance and employee relations

  • Confident communicator and collaborative partner to operations leadership

  • Comfortable navigating change and driving HR initiatives from concept to execution

  • Bachelors degree required; Masters or HR certification (SPHR SHRM-SCP) preferred
