Job Description
Maintain vendor account information in accordance with UCQ processes
Managing and resolving vendor queries
Prepare vendor reconciliations and resolve disputes
Meet end of month deadlines
Be proactively involved in accounts payable related projects in accordance with
UCQ strategy
Promote alternative payment options including the procurement card option for
payment sof low value purchases across UnitingCare QLD
Build sustainable relationships with internal customer groups and external
customers
Undertake other duties as and when directed within the scope of the role and
the capabilities of the incumbent.
Leader of Self Achieve results through personal proficiency and demonstrate high-quality
technical or professional work.

Demonstrate daily discipline though effective management of own time meeting
