Job Description

Dakota Wesleyan University a private four-year liberal arts university in the Great Plains Athletic Conference (NAIA) is seeking a Head Softball Coach. This is a twelve-month fully benefited position includes all aspects of leading and managing a nationally competitive program within the guidelines of the NAIA GPAC and DWU as well as additional duties within the university as assigned.

Successful candidates should display great integrity embody a coaching philosophy grounded in player development be committed to retaining and graduating their players and have a demonstrated commitment to the mission of DWU and our values of learning leadership faith and service.

Qualifications: Successful collegiate coaching and recruiting experience; masters degree in the sport sciences or related degree preferred; excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
