Job Description
Key Responsibility areas:
- Land acquisition and monitoring all activities related to the Proposed Cement Project HP & Grinding unit as well as Mines toward restarting of the Project Activities as per Management Decisions.
- Various Statutory/Environment Clearances required for proposed Cement Project Grinding unit & Mines.
- The Compliance Liaison & follow up with for various Govt. Agencies of Mines & Forest Departments.
- Preparation of documents/Reports for operation of Greenfield project and Proposed Grinding unit. Ensuring statutory & necessary compliance within stipulated time period.
- Preparation of Reports & related clearances Resettlement & Rehabilitation plan for oustees and Safety.
- To provide necessary inputs in the pending litigations in the various legal Court matters as well as statutory matters.
- Liaison with Governments agencies for expediting the process of Projects further action in the matter as well as compliances activities timely.
