Job Requirements but not limited to:
- Build and maintain tools to supervise and support sophisticated storage systems likePFS ZFS and XFS.
- Solve and resolve performance reliability and configuration issues in large-scale environments.
- Collaborate with hardware and software teams to optimize system integration and efficiency.
- Deploy and customize both in-house and commercial storage solutions (e.g.Lustre).
- Participate in system bring-up validation and performance tuning ofhardware-aware software stacks.
- Chip in to automation frameworks and internal documentation for diagnostics and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Strong programming skills inC/C with scripting experience inPython or Bash.
- Deep understanding ofLinux systems programmingandkernel-level debugging.
- Hands-on experience withfile systemslike PFS ZFS and XFS.
- Familiarity withmonitoring tools(e.g. Prometheus exporters) andbenchmarking utilities(e.g. fio dd).
- A genuine curiosity aboutcomputer hardwarememory hierarchies NVMe compression cards and more.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience withdistributed computing environmentsandHPC clusters.
- Knowledge ofcontainerization(Docker Singularity) andcloud-based storage architectures.
- Familiarity withparallel programming(MPI SLURM OpenMP UCX)
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
