The Senior New Key Account Manager will establish and own key Seller relationships with top-tier companies to identify evaluate and drive their ultimate success. Serving as the face of Amazon Fashion you will lead discussions with internal and external leaders to optimize the growth of leading industry brands. You will develop mechanisms to overcome blockers and will navigate the intersection between Seller goals Amazon Fashion priorities and customer needs. The ideal candidate will have B2B and B2C experience excellent communication skills go-to-market experience and the ability to drive programmatic success at scale.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Account Management
Acquire a new Tier 1 brand for Amazon (incl. Cold Calling)
Drive growth for complex high-value accounts
Develop and implement account strategies and joint business plans
Launch and scale high-profile sellers
Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships
Stakeholder Management & Leadership
Build relationships with senior stakeholders across organizations
Coach and develop team members
Lead cross-functional collaboration
Manage escalation paths effectively
Business Planning & Execution
Own strategic planning and performance tracking
Contribute to business reviews and strategy documents
Execute strategic initiatives
Ensure delivery of business commitments
Bachelors degree or equivalent or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce retail technology SaaS) or equivalent
Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative solutions-focused approach or equivalent
Fluent German Italian & English languages (written & spoken) C1 minimum are required. The role involves complex negotiation skills in Sellers native languages of German and Italian or English
Experience influencing at all levels within an organization particularly at the executive level
