Santa Clara Catholic Academy a PK38 elementary school located in the West Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas TX is seeking an experienced energetic and effective leader to serve as its next principal. The position begins in July 2025 or when a successful candidate is found. A full position profi le and job description will be available soon. Below is a brief overview of the school.
Santa Clara Catholic Academy was founded in fall 1994 by Bishop Charles V. Grahmann and the Presbyteral Council. Since then it has served local children many from low-income families. Today the school enrolls 133 students most of whom go on to Catholic high schools in the Diocese of Dallas.
Santa Clara offers a Dual Language Immersion Program for students in Pre-K3 through 4th grade. These programs are designed to promote linguistic equity and foster multiculturalism in students. The campus includes 17 classrooms a computer lab a science lab a library a fi nance offi ce and administrative offices.
Applications are now being accepted. Minimum requirements include: 1) Practicing Catholic; 2) Profi ciency in speaking Spanish preferred; 3) Advanced degree in Educational Administration/Leadership or Principal Certifi cation (may be in-progress) and 4) Five (5) years experience as a principal or assistant principal (Catholic school preferred).
