Job Description

Global Director Strategic Planning & Network Optimization -Erlanger KY

Position Overview:
We are seeking a forward-thinking transformation-driven leader to join us as Director of Strategic Planning & Network Optimization for ADMs Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE). This is more than a conventional planning role its an opportunity to optimize our assets strategy by coordinating the manufacturing and warehousing master plans of our facilities; to evaluate the development of Digital Twins and the best tool and process of creating that; and to design a road map to digitally advance how our end-to-end (E2E) supply chain supports the bold growth of our Nutrition business.
You will spearhead a wide range of strategic initiatives including the cultural change required to design how our people processes and technologies converge to deliver speed visibility resilience and value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Asset Master Plans: Coordinate the development of assets master plans for each division ensuring we optimize our assets and exploit regional and global synergies.
  • Footprint Optimization: Lead the initiatives of Manufacturing and Warehousing Footprint Optimization including the development of Digital Twins for key Operations.
  • Product Transfers: Coordinate initiatives of Global Product Transfers ensuring an independent view of cost benefits & allocations and optimizing asset utilization and end-to-end supply chain costs for the company.
  • Digital Supply Chain Vision: Design the vision for a digital supply chain influencing executive stakeholders and partners across Supply Chain Technology Finance Commercial and more.
  • Digital Supply Chain Road Map: Design and implement a comprehensive road maps for our E2E Supply Chain strategy focusing on:
    • Full connectivity across Planning Manufacturing & Logistics
    • Real-time Visibility & Traceability to reduce loss and optimize costs
    • Intelligent Control Towers to enable digital operations management
    • Next-gen Customer Connectivity: digital commerce SC-as-a-service connected products
    • Shifting decision-making toward technology-driven automation while empowering people to focus on scenario planning
  • Best Practice Development & Deployment: Create and standardize processes and best practices across all regions and supply chain functions. Drive the adoption and integration of these practices within all planning teams globally.
  • Coaching & Team Development: Mentor and coach regional and functional planning teams on how to implement and execute supply chain planning best practices. Provide ongoing support and guidance to help teams develop their skills and optimize their performance.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to align supply chain planning strategies with the companys long-term business objectives. Ensure that planning processes are scalable and adaptable to support future growth and changing business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments such as procurement operations logistics and IT to ensure the seamless execution of supply chain planning practices and processes across the organization.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of new processes tools and systems. Drive user adoption and resolve any challenges during the transition period.


Qualifications:
  • 10 years in supply chain planning operations strategy or digital transformation roles.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programs in manufacturing logistics or planning
  • Expertise in advanced end-to-end supply chain tools (planning manufacturing and logistics) and digital twins & control towers
  • Proven success in footprint optimization product transfer programs or capacity planning
  • Ability to navigate and influence in a complex global matrixed organization. Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while focusing on operational execution. Strong collaborator who can build relationships across multiple functions and regions.
Additional Information
  • Travel: 10-20% (as needed depending on project requirements).
  • Language: English required; additional languages are a plus.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
