Job Description

What youll do

    • Identify target and acquire new VIP clients to build a strong and valuable portfolio.
    • Drive consistent monthly growth in client submissions and stock acquisition.
    • Proactively network leveraging industry connections events and referrals to attract high-value clients.
    • Nurture and develop relationships with new clients to secure long-term engagement and repeat business.
    • Develop and implement innovative acquisition strategies working closely with internal stakeholders.
    • Actively seek and implement feedback to optimize outreach and engagement tactics.
    • Communicate blockers and challenges effectively ensuring timely support and solutions.
    • Maintain and optimise client catalogues to maximise sales performance.
    • Serve as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional service and representing Vestiaires values in every client interaction.
    • Exceed targets by effectively managing your time and appointment schedule.

Who you are

    • 3 years of experience in luxury sales business development personal shopping or a client-facing luxury role.
    • Proven track record in acquiring and retaining high-net-worth clients.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive and proactive approach.
    • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with an established luxury client network or the ability to build one quickly.
    • Deep knowledge of the luxury industry market trends and client expectations.
    • Autonomous target-driven and comfortable working in a results-oriented environment.
    • Exceptional communication and negotiation in G-Suite Salesforce CRM and other relevant digital tools.
