How Youll Make an Impact
- Report to the Director Strategy and Innovation.
- Youll oversee product reviews and identify opportunities.
- Youll define product strategy and KPIs.
- Youll monitor portfolio performance and lead lifecycle development.
- Youll use market feedback and trends to enhance products.
- Youll develop business cases and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Youll lead product builds testing and go-to-market strategies.
- Youll align with Risk Finance Operations and IT.
What You Bring to the Table
- Youve got 710 years of product management experience (preferably in financial services or insurance).
- You have a post-secondary education in business or commerce.
- Youve no stranger to:
- Strategic interpretation and execution.
- Diplomacy negotiation and collaboration.
- Storytelling and communication.
- Problem-solving and organization.
- Pricing and market analysis.
- Youre comfortable with ambiguity and cross-functional leadership.
