About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Hairdressing and Barbering educators to join our team and shape the future of hair professionals. In this rewarding role youll have the opportunity to share your industry knowledge ignite student passion and help learners develop the skills and qualifications they need to thrive in the workforce.
Youll play a key role in supporting students career aspirations through engaging hands-on learning experiences. This position involves on-site teaching at our Dubbo campus for 21 hours per week.
About You
To be successful in the role you will:
1. Hold appropriate subject knowledge skills and vocational qualifications with a minimum Certificate III in Hairdressing or Barbering and a commitment to maintain technical currency.
2. Havea minimum of three years post-qualification experience in industry relevant to your qualifications gained no longer than five years previously.

prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
