QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Office Administration or equivalent high School diploma/ GED to three years of prior experience as a secretary receptionist or administrative management experience; collecting money recording and accounting of communication skills as front line representative of the school; answering the door welcoming visitors answering the telephone relaying information to staff and organization skills time management skills and the ability to set level of skill in daily use of various office equipment and computer applications such as Microsoft Office data-base management and communications programs and professional standard with proven record for working well with other staff and families commitment to maintaining confidentiality ability to work independently and excellent attendanceSALARY: Per the Administrative Assistants Association Agreement Salary Schedule starting at $20.99/hour
