This role is part of Alcons Sales & Sales Support function a team that helps provide access to products across all channels in an effort to drive customer satisfaction with eye care professionals to help people see brilliantly.

Vision Care Inside Sales Associate (TELESALES) is primarily responsible for engaging with customers through phone calls to build business plans and achieve sales goals in their territory.

You will drive sales performance enhance market share and develop strong professional relationships with customers.

In this role a typical day will involve the following:

The main responsibility of this role is to maintain regular online communication (via phone Teams Webex and email) to support the achievement of sales targets and provide training and information to staff at optical stores.
Drive territory sales performance market share and optimal resource utilization
Develop effective professional business relationships with customers to support delivery of business results across a range of therapeutic areas
Ensure that Alcon products and supporting services are broadly understood and available to more patients and customers
Execute call plans for customers and adapt communication style to customer needs using available technologies and channels to support sales calls
Deploy and use approved marketing and sales promotional materials and programs and use expert knowledge of Alcon products to support sound clinical discussions
Collaborate effectively with Alcon stakeholders providing insights and feedback gained from customer interactions
Actively participate in all team meetings conference calls trainings and sales meetings

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Fluency in Polish
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Around 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP (preferred)
  • Previous experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry (a plus)
  • Strong ability to build lasting client relationships and work towards goals in a dynamic and demanding environment
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Problem-solving abilities proactivity and a strong team-oriented mindset
