Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Lead data mapping analysis and MDM configuration efforts.

Collaborate with SMEs to gather and understand functional requirements.
-
Create and manage data mapping documents and data profiling reports.
-
Analyze data models and entity relationships; conduct functional testing and validation.
-
Perform system testing and support UAT for data validation and metrics reporting.
-
Guide development teams with business logic and technical assistance.
-
Engage with business users to capture requirements and provide regular updates.
-
Create user stories manage product backlogs and actively participate in Agile/Scrum events.

Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot data quality issues effectively.

Support project planning scheduling PMO updates and issue resolution.
Required Skills:
-
7 10 years of experience in Data & Analytics projects.
-
Expertise in MDM data mapping data profiling and analysis.
-
Strong SQL ETL and data warehousing knowledge.
-
Experience in stakeholder communication requirement gathering and technical writing.
-
Proficiency in Excel and other analytics/visualization tools.
-
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and documentation practices.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
