Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Project Manager
Location: Nashville TN
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale ECM projects utilizing the IBM FileNet P8 suite. The ECM Project Manager will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role involves managing cross-functional teams enforcing project governance and reporting progress to State leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction across all stages of ECM project execution

Manage implementation efforts using the FileNet P8 suite of products

Develop detailed project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations

Assign and oversee responsibilities for project team members including State IT and program staff and external vendors or suppliers

Monitor task completion and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and performance standards
-
Enforce work quality standards and resolve project discrepancies and issues
-
Communicate project status and outcomes effectively through written reports and oral presentations to State management and stakeholders

Ensure project alignment with strategic objectives compliance requirements and organizational priorities

Foster strong collaboration among cross-disciplinary teams to support successful solution delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing large complex ECM or IT implementation projects

Strong background in FileNet P8 products including familiarity with platform capabilities and deployment considerations

Exceptional project management skills including scope schedule risk and resource management
-
Outstanding interpersonal negotiation and verbal/written communication skills

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and interface with executive-level stakeholders

Skilled in project documentation progress tracking and change management
Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent project management certification

Experience managing ECM projects in government or public-sector environments
-
Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Business or related field

Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies
