Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to support digital platforms and operational systems. This role involves developing clear accurate and user-friendly documentation for internal teams end-users and regulatory stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain high-quality technical content that meets both business and compliance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain user guides technical manuals standard operating procedures (SOPs) and API documentation.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides for the application ensuring content is accurate accessible and aligned with user needs.
- Work closely with software developers engineers product managers and compliance teams to gather information and validate documentation.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to company branding quality standards and industry regulations.
- Manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in technical writing ideally in the energy utilities or enterprise software domains.
- Proven ability to create technical content for both internal and external audiences.
- Strong attention to detail excellent written communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum development teams is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Technical Communication English Computer Science or a related field preferred.
