Position: Case Manager
Location: Phillipsburg Kansas
Pay: $22.36/hour; $325 sign-on bonus; incentive pay
Schedule: MF 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (with rotating on-call)
Type: In-Person; Full-time

What Youll Be Doing:
- Support individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and emotionally disturbed youth in reaching their personal goals.
- Help create and carry out personalized treatment plans with patients and their families.
- Lead or assist in life-enriching group activities and skill-building sessions.
- Advocate for patients connecting them with vital community resources and services.
- Keep records updated and accurate to ensure great care and compliance.
- Share in on-call support duties with a rotating team schedule.
- Traveling across our 20-county catchment area as needed (center vehicle provided).

- Experience counts! We accept equivalent work experience in human services (teaching daycare CNA etc.) or a BA/BS degree. One year of related work one year of college.
- Great with peoplestrong communication and empathy are a must.
- Comfortable in a variety of human service settings.
- Able to pass background checks (KBI child/adult abuse registry motor vehicle screens).
- Able to pass drug screen & be subject to a random drug testing pool.
