Mission Recruiting is a nationally recognized legal recruiting firm that now offers comprehensive HR Services and Marketing Boosts to law firms across the country. Were looking for an ambitious self-motivated Business Development Representative to help us grow these exciting service lines.
About the Role: As a 1099 contractor youll be responsible for identifying and connecting with law firms that can benefit from our scalable HR solutions (payroll compliance onboarding etc.) and our high-impact Marketing Boosts (email campaigns direct mail social media and job visibility strategies). Youll focus on building relationships setting up meetings and closing dealsall with the full support of our internal team.
What Youll Do:
- Prospect and engage small to mid-sized law firms nationwide
- Present and pitch HR Services and Marketing Boost packages
- Follow up with leads generated through our recruiting and marketing teams
- Track outreach and progress using our CRM system
- Negotiate and close agreements
- Represent the Mission Recruiting brand with professionalism and integrity
What Youll Need:
- Experience in business development legal services HR tech or related fields
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the legal industry is a plus but not required
Compensation: This is a 1099 commission-only position with generous earning potential. Youll earn a percentage of every closed HR Services or Marketing Boost contractno cap no limits.
