Novita provides early intervention rehabilitation therapy assistive technology and disability services to more than 6000 people living with disability as well as support for their families and primary purpose is to enable kids young people and adults living with disability and their families to participate in the community to their full potential.

About the Role

What you can expect:
Our 51 Psychology pathway starts with a supportive and extensive internship that includes:
- An intensive initial orientation blending collective learning with all our new graduates and practical time at your office to meet and shadow your peers
- Clinical supervision in line with internship requirements where you can work to develop a clear professional development plan to ensure you continue to receive the tailored support you need
- Regular coaching from your team leader to manage and balance the requirements of your internship clinical work
- A diverse clientele with a chance to deliver assessment and intervention services to children young people and adults living with disability as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Skills And Experiences
About you
As well as being aligned with Novitas ICARE values you will bring:
- Provisional Psychology registration with AHPRA upon contract acceptance
- An innovative resourceful and creative therapy approach that reflects a competent level of professional knowledge and skill
- Ability to work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team seeking guidance from senior clinicians or management as appropriate
- Demonstrated exemplarycustomer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients family members colleagues and leaders.
Were serious about safeguarding our clients. If you dont have a current NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check well let you know how to obtain these prior to starting work with us.
A valid drivers licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for work-related travel is desirable.
Remuneration Package and Benefits
Youll receive an attractive salary and benefits in line with Novitas enterprise agreement. Total remuneration package includes base salary annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15900 of your salary increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5000. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses accommodation and venue hire private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
