Job Description

Administrative Shift: (8:00AM - 5:00PM) unless the project demands otherwise
Job Description:
Under general supervision provide technical guidance and complement initiatives to improve the efficiency of critical utilities and facilities programs (HVAC Water Compressed Air Facilities Sanitization and Pest Control).
Requirements:
- Oversee specific regulatory and strategic utilities improvement while working in collaboration with the IFM service provider
- Expert in HVAC Purifies Water Compressed Air and GMP facilities
- Experience managing capital projects
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and complement initiatives to improve the efficiency of critical utilities and facilities programs
- Identify and recommend improvements to the IFM performance
- Serve as a technical facilitator between the client and Capital projects team to ensure compliance with GMPs and EHS regulation
Education:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (electrical engineering is preferred).
