As an Incentive Compensation Administration Vice President within the Incentive Compensation Team you will be responsible for managing the operations and delivery of variable compensation payments to employees in the US and across global locations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in compensation administration money movement operations and compliance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central control point for variable compensation payments ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with US and regional teams to align compensation practices and maintain consistency across all locations.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for the administration of variable compensation payments.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements working with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Ensure all variable compensation operations comply with relevant laws regulations and company policies.
- Develop and apply risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial and operational risks.
- Oversee the collection management and analysis of compensation data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to leadership providing insights and recommendations for optimizing compensation delivery.
- Collaborate closely with HR finance and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation systems and processes.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams to support the successful delivery of variable compensation payments.
- Coordinate with international partners to ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with global compensation strategies.
Required Qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience in compensation management or a similar operations management role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills withability to collaborate effectively with global HR teams across lines of business and with external partners.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g. formulas formatting pivot reporting).
- Experience with Oracle HCM
Preferred Qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Experience with Intelligent Automation (IA) solutions such as Alteryx PEGA or RaaS is a plus.
- Vendor management experience is a plus.
