In this role you will

You will have the opportunity to work on future EVs delivering quality and exciting products to our customers. This position will be critical and at the forefront of shaping the HV battery systems quality to support the companys goal of becoming the #1 EV manufacturer.



Responsibilities

What youll do...

  • Lead the quality assurance team in strong collaboration with the ESE functional team to ensure delivery of quality event at major vehicle program milestones
  • Provide the voice of quality by assessing engineering deliverables against program requirements. Ability to defend position when counter to functions assessment
  • Drive the team to develop robust test plans using the failure mode avoidance tools such as Boundary Diagrams. P-Diagrams and DFMEA
  • Drive improvements and robustness into test methods and requirements
  • Provide initial problem-solving guidance to teams leveraging the 3-Legged 5-Why and Six Sigma methodologies on developmental failures and launch issues.
  • Help teams develop robust prevent recurrence action plans for issues that were discovered during testing and launch.


Qualifications

Youll have...

  • Bachelors degree
  • Demonstrated experience in design and release or high voltage system testing
  • Validated experience with quality tools and systems (DFMEA PFMEA SCCAF)
  • Experience deploying problem-solving tools in a cross-functional setting (Six-Sigma Blackbelt DMAIC 3-Legged 5-Why)
  • Demonstrated experience in accomplishing tasks and objectives
  • Proven problem-solving ability
  • Validated organization skills and proven strength in attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)

Even better you may have...

  • Bachelors degree in engineering
  • Experience with HV Battery systems or subcomponents (BECM Array Cells BEC etc.)
  • 3 or more years of experience in design and release or high voltage system testing
  • 5 or more years experience with quality tools and systems (DFMEA PFMEA SCCAF)
  • Previous automotive and quality analysis experience
