Our DELIVERY team push the boundaries on our learning products and services ensuring that every single learning intervention has been designed to (at least) deliver against customer needs and business outcomes.
The teams collaborate seamlessly. The CLIENT team identifies and shapes our client needs. The DELIVERY team translates these needs into a service programme and business outcome and ensures flawless delivery.
The Quality Assessor is responsible for assessing the quality of produced digital assets in line with pre-defined quality procedures and assessment tools.

Job Description:

Key activities and responsibilities:

• Carry out quality checks using appropriate tools for defined digital assets

• Proof-read scripts against tone grammar and punctuation guidelines

• Provide clear concise and constructive feedback to respective project team members to drive improvements in quality supporting a right first-time approach

• Accurately record error and feedback for monitoring and continuous improvement purposes

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to support the Quality function in improving its overall efficiency and effectiveness

Skills you need to succeed:

• Proven work experience operating as a Quality Assessor with expertise in digital learning

• Fluent English speaker

• Strong service orientation with the ability to have difficult customer conversations

• Good communication and relationship management skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
