Our client a dynamic boutique law firm with a strong reputation in commercial litigation is seeking a Trust Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The position offers a base salary of $100000 - $140000 plus monthly origination bonuses structured production incentives and a year-end bonus potential. This is a hybrid role so you should be able to commute to Orlando FL. It is a full-time direct hire opportunity perfect for an attorney eager to take the next step in their career within a collaborative growth-minded firm.

Are you a litigation attorney with a solid foundation in commercial disputes and a desire to grow into a more specialized and client-facing role This position offers the chance to work on a mix of trust probate and commercial litigation matters with guidance from experienced partners and room to develop your caseload over time. If you havent worked on probate matters before thats not a problem. What matters most is your interest and willingness to learn. What To Expect as aTrust Litigation Attorney
- Develop skills to manage your caseload of trust probate and commercial litigation matters
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and opposing counsel
- Develop case strategies and collaborate with firm partners
- Draft pleadings conduct discovery and handle court appearances
- Track deadlines bill time accurately and maintain strong client communication
- Opportunity to originate business and participate in bonus incentives
Qualifications For Success
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- 2 years of experience in commercial litigation (trust & probate a plus)
- Strong time management communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a team-oriented culture
