A respected boutique firm in El Segundo is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney with 3 years of experience to join its growing team. This is a hybrid role with remote flexibility and a reasonable billable expectation.
About the Role:
- This is a well-rounded labor & employment practice focused primarily on:
- Advice & counsel compliance and transactional work for companies executives and employees
- Drafting employment agreements and policy handbooks
- Guiding wage & hour HR compliance and workplace best practices
- Handling pre-litigation employee-side matters
- A minimal litigation component (less than 10%)
