Who We Need:

Senior Sales Executive Financial Institutions

Brightwell is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to scale up our cross-border payments business with financial institutions primarily community banks and credit unions. In this critical role you will be responsible for developing and executing robust sales strategies generating and nurturing leads building a high-quality pipeline and successfully closing new business.

Were looking for a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle of financial institutions and a proven ability to consistently exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering tailored solutions that address the unique needs of our clients.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to target financial institutions.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing product and implementation teams to ensure alignment and success.
  • Remain current on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Represent Brightwell at industry events and conferences.
  • Deliver agreed-upon new clients and contract renewals each year
  • Exhibit patience with long sales cycles and continue to nurture the clients throughout this process.

Location & Work Flexibility

This role offers flexibility in location. Brightwell is headquartered in Atlanta GA. Candidates based in the Atlanta area will work in a hybrid capacity with 12 days per week in our Smyrna/Vinings office. For exceptional candidates outside of Atlanta this role can be fully remote with occasional travel to the office as needed.
