Amazons Kindle Web Services and Consumer/B2B retail businesses are seeking talented Associate Contracts Managers for positions across our various teams.
The successful candidate has excellent communication skills and will support reviewing drafting and negotiating contracts for an assigned business team. You will also participate in team-wide meetings departmental goals and collaborative projects and have access and visibility to business leadership.

- 2 years of contracts management paralegal or other comparable experience within a law firm government agency or in-house legal department with responsibility for reviewing drafting and negotiating the legal terms of a broad range of standard commercial contracts
- Experience working with MS Office including Excel PowerPoint SharePoint

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $52400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $112000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
