What Youll Do:
Design and deploy distributed systems that operate at Amazons massive scale
Work with core technologies including Java Linux and AWS services
Tackle complex technical challenges while collaborating across Amazon and Whole Foods Market teams
Drive technical vision and architecture decisions
Lead performance monitoring and optimization initiatives
Contribute to our engineering communitys growth through knowledge sharing and mentorship

- 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2 years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- 3 years of Video Games Industry (supporting title Development Release or Live Ops) experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
