Job Description
Support existing trading systems for internal and external customers in a fast-paced growing environment.
What Youll Do:
- Create modify and maintain user logins and account configurations within WEX systems.
- Provide 1st level support to all trading application users; respond to support requests via phone email and IMs
- Work with vendors (Exchanges ECNs etc.) to resolve production issues
- Work with developers to improve software and troubleshoot problems
- Maintain documentation of support processes ongoing technical issues and workarounds
- Assist with resolving clearing issues
- Work on special projects as necessary
What Were Looking For:
- Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Must have excellent customer support and communication skills
- Must have an understanding of trading industry concepts and terminology
- A working knowledge of finance industry clearing is a plus
- Troubleshooting experience in financial trading applications similar to Reuters TT PATS Bloomberg and GL Trade is a plus.
- Proficiency with the Windows operating system is a plus
- Self-motivated energetic and results-orientated
- 2-3 years of Financial Services experience is preferred
$80000 - $120000 a year
The target base compensation range for this role is $80000 to $120000. Wolverine Tradings total compensation model includes base salary and an annual discretionary bonus.
