This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media especially TikTok and a strong understanding of influencer marketing trends.
The Coordinator will be responsible for building relationships with influencers launching and growing the brands TikTok Shop and collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive traffic and conversions. Success in this role requires initiative creativity and a results-driven mindset.
Responsibilities Include:
Identify recruit and manage relationships with influencers and creators
Develop and execute influencer campaigns to promote products across social platforms
Build and grow the brands TikTok Shop optimizing for performance and engagement
Collaborate with marketing and product teams on content and promotional strategies
Track campaign performance generate reports and adjust tactics for better results
Negotiate rates contracts and deliverables with influencers and agencies
Ideal Qualifications:
1 year experience in influencer or social media marketing preferred
Strong understanding of TikTok Instagram and influencer culture
Creative thinker with a passion for e-commerce and brand storytelling
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized detail-oriented and results-focused
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
