Job Description
Hubbard Hill is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Occupational Therapy for a full time part time orPRN position. You would be providing high-quality occupational therapy services along with a complete therapy team assisting residents in achieving their goals and implementing tailored treatment plans. Key responsibilities include documenting therapy sessions collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and monitoring residents progress.
Qualifications
- Active OTR certification in Indiana
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Pay commensurate with experience. Benefits available and vary based on full time part time or PRN status.
