Warehouse Operations Manager

1. Maintain adherence to company policies safety standards and federal/state regulations. Lead regular safety briefings and audits.
2. Ensure fulfillment practices adhere to the 1:1:1 model across the board driving accuracy in order processing shipping and invoicing. Resolve exceptions with urgency.
3. Managing inventory movement optimizing space and improving warehouse workflows.
4. Serve as a key stakeholder in the WMS migration. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless data flow and operational alignment between NetSuite Softeon and warehouse workflows.
5. Supervise and mentor warehouse staff setting daily performance goals and managing workload distribution. Foster a culture of accountability continuous improvement and safety.
6. Lead day-to-day operations including receiving inventory control replenishment shipping and returns. Monitor KPIs conduct root-cause analyses and recommend process improvements.
7. Monitor KPIs related to shipping accuracy on-time delivery inventory accuracy and labor efficiency; lead corrective action plans when necessary.
8. Collaborate with production customer service IT and transportation teams to align inbound/outbound schedules and optimize lead times.
9. Ensure all transaction data in NetSuite and WMS are accurate timely and actionable. Support the development of dashboards and performance reports.
10. Process-minded with strong attention to detail.
11. Collaborative leadership style with strong communication skills.
12. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
13. Technically proficient with data analysis and systems troubleshooting.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience with WMS (preferably Softeon) and ERP (NetSuite) preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in WMS migration or systems rollout preferred.
• Proven ability to manage fulfillment and inventory control under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of lean or continuous improvement practices.
• Strong leadership coaching and team development skills.

• Bachelors degree preferred but not required.

• A minimum of 5 years of management experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations. Preferably in a mid to large scale facility (50000 sq ft).

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 810 hours per shift).
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified or trained).
