Role summary
We are searching for an ambitious self-directed Client Onboarding Lead to own client onboarding for the SMB clients we help transform their local business into a global business. As a key member of our North American B2B GTM team this role will be working hand in hand with our sales and account management teams to onboard clients.
What youll do:
- Chance to build a new discipline from the bottom up
- Ensure new clients are fully onboarded to their Payoneer product of choice
- Develop workflows to streamline onboarding process
- Work with internal teams to automate and improve workflows
- Help existing customers with continuous onboarding needs
- Provide feedback to sales and account management teams to improve messaging close communication gaps and help them better manage their client relationships
- Further identify clients with growth potential that may have been overlooked during the sales process
- Maintain pertinent customer information within CRM platform
Who you are:
- 5 yearsof sales ops or customer service experience ideally in a tech environment
- Strategic mindset to problem solving
- Data and technically oriented intermediate to advanced Excel skills a major plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work with a cross functional global team
- High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure
- Interest in leading and mentoring a team
- Comfortable with hybrid work environment
Not a must but a great advantage:
- Experience in Payments or Banking industry
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Experience with data analytics & BI tools

In accordance with New York City Law below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on but not limited to: experience education professional licenses location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance disability insurance life insurance 401k plan paid-time off and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
The annual base salary range for this position is: $100000 - $115000.
