Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Sydney
Project: Work on one of Australias top 4 banking firms on their retail stores!
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: $130000 $160000 Superannuation
An exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy in Sydney and work on one of Australias largest real estate portfolios. If youre looking to elevate your career gain exposure to major projects and have direct client interaction this is the role for you.

What Youll Be Doing
Pre- and post-contract cost management for large retail and commercial projects.
Develop and maintain client relationships acting as a trusted advisor.
Prepare cost estimates feasibility studies and detailed cost plans that are rock solid.
Lead procurement and tendering including pre-qualification tender analysis and contract administration.
Produce monthly cost reports and present them directly to clients and senior stakeholders.
Interface with project teams contractors and consultants at all stages of the project.
What Youll Need
Degree-qualified as a minimum.
QS consultancy background with experience working on retail commercial or large-scale real estate portfolios.
Strong commercial acumen You know how to manage risk and drive value for clients.
Proficiency in CostX or similar cost management software.
AIQS or MRICS accreditation (highly regarded but not essential).
