We are seeking to welcome a Learning Support Assistant to our caring support team to work with children from across the primary age range providing class-based support to teaching staff. Upon appointment you will be allocated a role within a specific year group becoming an integral member of the team.
This position will require you to work with pupils on a one to one or small group basis carrying out activities and tasks planned within our exciting curriculum offer. You will also be supporting childrens social and emotional development in implementing personalised programmes providing pastoral care guidance and supervision.
Team Trimley is a large family where we work together to enable all our children to flourish. This exciting role would suit a person with an interest of working with children in either a mainstream or SEND environment who are committed to raising the achievement of all children within a highly inclusive setting.
