- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery pricing and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately concisely and in a timely manner.
- You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations building rapport and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
- You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook Word Excel and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking reporting follow-ups and managing patient-related activities.
A clear view of your assets
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
- You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics retail banking insurance travel sales restaurants gyms etc.
- Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
- You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
- You are organized results-oriented self-disciplined and have excellent prioritization time management and problem-solving skills..
- Your experience in an eye-care environment is an asset.
- Schedule: You have flexible work availability Monday through Friday (8:00 am-4:30 pm)as well as Saturday (8:00 am-4:30 pm) on a rotating basis.
