The Opportunity
Were looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to take ownership of complex large-scale constructions from planning through to completion. This senior leadership role will see you drive outcomes lead high-performing teams and act as the key contact for clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
As Project Manager youll play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and to the highest standards while maintaining a focus on safety quality and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from design development to practical completion
- Oversee procurement contracts and construction schedules
- Manage consultants subcontractors and site teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients authorities and internal teams
- Monitor risk compliance and quality systems ensuring issues are addressed proactively
- Conduct monthly performance reporting and forecast reviews
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHSE policies are actively implemented
- Lead and coach project staff to meet key deliverables and foster professional growth
What Were Looking For
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 6 years experience in a similar Project Manager role
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-rise residential or commercial projects over $50M
- Deep understanding of the Sydney construction market subcontractor base and local authority requirements
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail with strong contract administration and reporting capabilities
