Were looking for an experienced Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) Technician to join our operations team in Villawood NSW. Were building a world-class team focused on vehicle quality speed and efficiency. Our reconditioning and logistics teams are central to the customer experience and were committed to hiring skilled detail-focused PDR technicians who take pride in their craft.
Requirements
What Youll Do
- Perform high-quality paintless dent repairs on a variety of vehicles
- Conduct visual inspections and maintain high finish standards
- Collaborate with the reconditioning and delivery teams
- Take initiative and ownership of your workspace
- Uphold safety and quality benchmarks across the board
What Youll Need
- At least 2 years of hands-on PDR experience
- Accredited PDR certification
- A keen eye for detail and precision
- Positive self-starting attitude
- Valid Australian drivers licence
- Willingness to undergo a police/background check
