Location:Brisbane
Employment Type:Full-Time
Salary:$90000 $120000 Superannuation

What Youll Be Doing
Managing cost planning estimates and full QS services across various projects
Preparing detailed reports tenders and feasibility studies
Advising clients on contracts procurement and value engineering
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
Working with autonomy while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What Youll Need
A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
24 years of local experience in a client-side Quantity Surveying role
Proficiency in CostX and Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a confident client-facing presence
Preferably AIQS or RICS accredited (or working towards)
