A Project Manager role built for you
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a highly talented and experienced Project Manager who is seeking a long career with one of Australias leading builders. Our NSW Construction team are growing and your expertise is sought to deliver fast-paced projects in Sydney.
As a Project Manager in Builts Construction business unit youll manage and deliver a high-profile Commercial project valued at approx $250M. And with $4.5 billion of secured work in our pipeline youll have endless opportunities to grow your career.
With full project control our Project Managers love the broad range of projects they work on and the stakeholder relationships they build.
The successful candidate will work with all relevant project staff but most
closely with the incumbents in the following roles as applicable for a project:
Construction Manager
Services Manager
Contract Administrators

Here are the essentials youll need for this role:
- Possess a relevant building related degree
- Have extensive experience managing large-scale Retail & Commercial projects
- Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk
- Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references
Heres what else were looking for:
- People and site leadership skills. Youll know how to bring everyone together to deliver quality work outputs. And youll do this by building trusted relationships with the team clients sub-contractors and partners.
- The ability to communicate with influence! And youll be an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems.
- Youll have experience across various types of projects such as Design and Construct contracts Construct Only contracts and construction management contracts using (amended) Standard Form Contracts.
- Your people skills will be first class. Youll know how to bring everyone together finding shared goals and aggregating resources to deliver projects and jobs. And youll do this by building trusted relationships with your stakeholders.
- Your attention to detail and ability to be across deadlines deliverables and contractual elements will be second-to-none.
