RevoLusion Consultants Inc. is seeking a results-driven and personable Customer Enrollment Trainee to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for helping potential clients enroll in our services by providing product information addressing their needs and guiding them through the enrollment process. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and enjoy working in a customer-facing environment.

Core Responsibilities of a Customer Enrollment Trainee:
- Engage with potential clients to explain the benefits of our services and guide them through the enrollment process
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored sales solutions
- Meet or exceed monthly goals by closing sales
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospect new clients and follow up on inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and important activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving any concerns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales customer service or related fields is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to manage time effectively
