Job Description
Mexico Joes is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Kitchen Supervisor.
As a kitchen supervisor you will be tasked with ensuring each meal that leaves our kitchen is delicious and contributes to a delightful dining experience for all guests. Your responsibilities may also include upholding the appearance standard of the restaurant by taking out the trash and maintaining the grounds and other cleaning/utility tasks. Additionally you will be in charge of keeping all supplies readily availablefor the teams success.

The ideal candidate must possess:
- Knowledge & proficiency of all stations and prep in the kitchen
- Self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- A keen sense of urgency
- Flexible work schedule including night and weekend availability
- Ability to hold each team member accountable
- Positive attitude
- Desire to train and develop others
- Ability to lead a team
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting with in-house caters and catering events
- Training and developing new team members
- Writing food prep lists
- Running a smooth shift
