As aVehicle Assistant you will be partnered with a phenomenal mentor with a proven track record of helping you achieve goals while having fun and enjoying an environment that has you excited about helping loyal customers byproviding every service drive customer with options on selling or trading and assisting in providing a smooth transition to our sales departments. Auto Sales experience is helpful. Responsibilities
- Assist the Used Car Manager and Acquisition Manager with pricing/appraisals
- Scan VINs and Upload vehicle and customer information accurately and in a timely fashion into our appraisal software.
- Follow up with alloff site appraisals ourSheehy Buys Cars Online Buying Platform
- Successfully use and navigate customers to Accutrade forcompletingoffsite appraisals when customers load their trade information from their driveway!
- Prepare day before to Meet and greet customers in the service drive to present Cash Offers for their vehicles.
- Follow up with each opportunity for future considerations making 60 calls per day.
- Must Meet Weekly with Used Car team to support them as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to understandtimeliness and organization
- A great attitude
- Ability to accept coaching
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check MVR and drug test
- Must have a valid drivers license
