With a strong and growing portfolio the team delivers high-impact projects across Social Housing and Healthcare projects. As they continue to expand theyre looking to add a skilled and motivated Intermediate Architectural Technologist to support their next phase of growth.
The role of an Architectural Technologist:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings technical packages and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective buildable design solutions across a range of project types
Conduct site surveys and visits to ensure project compliance and design integrity during construction phases
Coordinate with clients consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum
Essential Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential
Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations codes and construction standards
Proven technical drawing skills and a sharp eye for detail
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
