Position Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Radiology / Ultrasound Technologist Vascularfor an exciting job in Falmouth MA.

Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic and vascular ultrasound examinations using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Position and prepare patients for imaging procedures ensuring optimal image quality and patient comfort.
Review study requests explain procedures and address patient concerns to promote understanding and cooperation.
Evaluate ultrasound images for technical accuracy and completeness before submission to the radiologist.
Assist physicians with special ultrasound procedures such as needle biopsies.
Maintain accurate imaging records and documentation according to departmental protocols.
Adhere to safety infection control and hospital policy standards.
Manage workflow to ensure timely and efficient completion of all assigned studies.
Deliver professional compassionate care consistent with organizational values of Compassion Accountability Respect Excellence and Service.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Credentialed by one or more of the following:
- American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS)
- Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Vascular Labs (ICAVL) in Vascular Ultrasound
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (active and in good standing).
Proven experience performing vascular and diagnostic ultrasound procedures in a clinical setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
