Description

Apt Resources is seeking a Java Support Engineer with solid experience in application troubleshooting and L2/L3 support. Youll be joining a dynamic IT support team within the banking industry responsible for maintaining Java-based systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Java application issues.
  • Monitor application performance and logs.
  • Provide L2/L3 technical support and root cause analysis.
  • Assist in deployments and code-level debugging.
  • Coordinate with developers and DevOps for issue resolution.
  • Use tools like JIRA or ServiceNow to manage tickets.
  • Maintain SOPs and support documentation.


Requirements
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Java development and application support.
  • Strong understanding of Java-based systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with incident management and IT support workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA or ServiceNow for ticket tracking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience in banking or financial environments is a plus.


Benefits

Salary: USD 2500 - 3000 per month
