Job Description
- Serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce and Account Engagement within the company;
- Translate business requirements into efficient Salesforce and Account Engagement configurations and workflows;
- Design build and maintain automated processes reports dashboards and integrations that support sales and marketing operations;
- Maintain data quality develop validation rules and implement structured data hygiene practices
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Marketing and Legal to ensure CRM tools reflect our operational reality and regulatory needs;
- Manage user setup permissions and training to ensure proper adoption and usage of Salesforce and Account Engagement;
- Stay up to date with Salesforce/ Account Engagement features updates and best practices and proactively suggest improvements;
- Support the development and rollout of new Salesforce features or Pardot campaigns and automations;
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders ensuring clear communication and successful implementation of process enhancements.
Requirements
- Degree in IT Business Informatics or related field or equivalent professional experience;
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator ideally with Account Engagement (Pardot) in a commercial/marketing environment;
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Account Engagement (Pardot) certification is a strong plus;
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow Process Builder validation rules custom fields/objects and permission sets;
- Experience working in a regulated environment (Life Sciences / CRO / Pharma) is an advantage;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders;
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
