Project Overview:
The client is upgrading from SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0 using EC Mini Master. The clients landscape does not include Employee Central. The architect and the consultant will help design configure and implement the Onboarding 2.0 solution ensuring continuity with existing business processes and seamless integration with SAP HCM and other systems like OnBase and Qlik.
Role Summary:
The SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of the Onboarding 2.0 solution using EC Mini Master ensuring a scalable integrated and compliant deployment. The architect will guide the functional and technical teams provide oversight for design decisions and ensure alignment with the clients business objectives and IT standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical and functional lead for the Onboarding 2.0 implementation using EC Mini Master.
Lead architecture design sessions and define the end-to-end solution blueprint including integration with SAP HCM and external systems.
Ensure seamless migration of processes and functionalities from Onboarding 1.0 to 2.0.
Provide expert guidance on EC Mini Master configuration limitations and workarounds.
Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure proper configuration of workflows panels business rules and compliance forms.
Oversee the development of interfaces using SAP Integration Center SAP Cloud Integration (SCI) or other middleware.
Work with stakeholders to validate functional and technical specifications.
Support the creation of To-Be process flows architecture diagrams and test strategies.
Provide review and oversight on system testing data migration and UAT.
Ensure full alignment with the clients IT policies and security standards.
Participate in regular status meetings with project stakeholders and report progress to the clients Project Manager.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field.
SAP Certified in SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
Minimum of 2 full-lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 using EC Mini Master.
Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations with SAP HCM and third-party platforms.
Deep understanding of EC Mini Master framework data model and constraints.
Proven experience transitioning from Onboarding 1.0 to Onboarding 2.0.
Familiarity with SAP Integration tools (SCI PI/PO) and APIs.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with hybrid project management models (Waterfall Agile elements).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with document management systems (e.g. OnBase) and analytics platforms (e.g. Qlik).
Knowledge of SAP People Analytics for reporting and dashboards.
Experience working on public sector or government-related projects
