We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Client Acquisition & Business Development Executive. This role will focus on acquiring new clients nurturing relationships and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies in the highly competitive discount broking space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients through various channels such as cold calling online campaigns references and partnerships.
- Promote the firms trading platforms brokerage plans and value-added services to potential customers.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to convert leads into active trading clients.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients and maintain detailed records using CRM tools.
- Develop strategies to increase active client base and drive higher wallet share per client.
- Collaborate with marketing operations and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
- Stay updated on market trends competitor offerings and regulatory developments in the broking industry.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or related field. MBA preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales client acquisition or business development in discount broking.
- Strong knowledge of stock markets trading platforms and financial products.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
