Job Description
Job Title: Lead Software Developer (ServiceNow DevOps AI)
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
Start Date: Immediate
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Lead Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow strong JavaScript skills and working knowledge of DevOps practices. You will lead software design initiatives conduct peer reviews mentor developers and contribute to our AI integration efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and development of scalable applications and ServiceNow solutions
Guide technical architecture and mentor development teams
Promote clean code and DevOps practices including CI/CD
Oversee integrations and contribute to AI/ML-powered automation
Ensure high performance security and compliance
Required Qualifications:
8 years of software development experience including 2 years in a leadership role
Hands-on with ServiceNow (Workflows Catalogs CMDB etc.
Proficient in JavaScript and scripting APIs
Strong understanding of DevOps tools and containerization
Experience with AI frameworks (e.g. OpenAI TensorFlow Azure Cognitive Services)
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD CIS-ITSM)
Experience with React/
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum
Exposure to AI-driven workflows or enterprise chatbots
